L' Istituto 80. BERLINGUER è Test Centre per il conseguimento ed il rilascio delle certificazioni di lingua Inglese LCCI secondo i livelli linguistici ed i parametri del Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
La LCCI - London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualification - rappresenta uno dei più prestigiosi enti di certificazione presenti nel panorama internazionale: presente, infatti, in 125 Paesi nel mondo con oltre 5000 centri, certifica dal 1887 le competenze raggiunte dal candidato nelle abilità dell’inglese per scopi commerciali e turistici, e propone test di valutazione linguistica denominati ELSA.
